Tip| Most people think to have the seating plan by the entrance to the main reception, my advice is to have it displayed somewhere in your cocktail area 1st, so your guests can casually look where they are sitting instead of creating a big line up at the reception entrance way. Then just before guests head to the reception area, move it to the main reception entrance, just in case some people have already forgotten where they are sitting.
